Jim Dudman and Lakeview Golf Course Properties Auction

This price establishment auction is for the properties owned by the Estate of the Late Jim Dudman of Onanole, Manitoba.

Please read the Informational lots as well as the Terms and conditions in each property lot prior to bidding. By bidding, you are entering into a legally binding agreement to complete the purchase.

There are reserve bids in place on each property, but the Estate reserves the right to remove any or all of these reserve bids at any point during or after the auction and allow the top bid at the conclusion of the auction to be accepted as the buyer. The buyer will be obligated to complete the purchase at the top bid received.

Bidding will open on June 7th, 2025 and will close on June 16th, 2025 starting at 2:00 PM,  This is a soft close auction. the process is explained in Lot #0001 – Please read this Lot
