PICKUP: DUE to this being a small auction, Pickup will be restricted to 1 day only – Thursday October 30th, 10:30 Am- 5:30 PM

LOCATION: From The Laurier Junction – #5 Highway and PR 480/360, 5 Miles East. 

CASHIERS: Cashiers will be onsite during pickup times. Bank draft only for major purchases from all unfamiliar buyers.

PAYMENT  INSTRUCTIONS: PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED prior to or at pickup when cashiers are onsite (unless pre-arrangements have been made).

PICKUP – ONCE PAYMENT HAS CLEARED, items will be released to buyers.

Buyer’s Premium Due to the extra costs involved with the online auction platform, we charge a 10% Buyer’s premium on all purchases but we cap it at a maximum of $100.00 per lot on items selling for under 10,000.00.

Items selling over 10,000 will be charged $150.00 buyers premium.

Items selling over 50,000 will be charged $200.00 buyers premium
