This property has no road access. Buyers are responsible for researching and finding their own access to the property.

The Rural Municipality of Mountain will not be responsible for providing access to the property.

Bidding starts: March 19th, 2026

Auction Closing Date Monday March 23rd, 2026, Soft Close starting at 1:00 PM, If the bid is extended from the scheduled closing time, the last bid will be considered when no other bids have been received for 2 minutes.

Sale subject to the municipality’s approval and acceptance of last bid received.

Please read and agree to the Terms and Conditions in Auction Lot  prior to bidding. All bids are considered binding and cannot be revoked.

The successful bidder will prepare and present an offer to purchase prepared by the buyer’s solicitor with no conditions attached, along with a non-refundable deposit equivalent to a minimum of 10% (ten percent) of the purchase price payable to RM of Mountain no later than 4:00PM on March 25th, 2026.

Land possession and final payment is due on or before April 30th, 2026
