The Mossey River Municipality is wishing to sell their surplus equipment and properties and has asked for the selling price to be established by auction.

Auction Closing Date Monday Sept 9, 2024 . Soft close starting at 1:00pm. The last bid will be considered when no other bids have been received for 2 minutes.

ALL NON REAL ESTATE ITEMS: Full Payment due within 2 days to Garton’s Auction Service, TAXES AS REQUIRED BY LAW.

FOR REAL ESTATE PROPERTIES:

Sale subject to reserve bid and the municipality’s approval and acceptance of last bid received.

All properties are sold as is, no warranties or guarantees of any kind.

 Payment of the lesser amount of $500.00 or the purchase price as a non refundable deposit is due and payable to the Mossey River Municipality by 4:30pm on Sept 12th, 2024. Balance (if any) is due upon title change though legal counsel.

All transfer costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Title transfer must be completed within 90 days after purchase date or property and deposit is surrendered to the municipality by the purchaser.

Properties are sold clear of any liens and encumbrances.

Buyer is immediately liable for the property.
