Ben has reduced his cattle and sheep operation and is selling off equipment and supplies he no longer needs.

BIDDING: Starts Wednesday April 1st

AUCTION CLOSES: Wednesday April 8th, 7:00PM – Soft Close

PREVIEWING: April 3-5 10AM -4PM or  by appointment

PICKUP: Thursday April 9th, 12:00- 5:30 or Friday April 10th, 10AM-1:00PM

LOCATION: 2 Miles North of Dauphin on Highway 362 (Valley River Highway), then 1.5 Miles West on Rd 148.

CASHIERS: Cashiers will be onsite during pickup times. Bank draft for major purchases from all unfamiliar buyers

PAYMENT  INSTRUCTIONS: PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED prior to or at pickup when cashiers are onsite (unless pre-arrangements have been made).

PICKUP – ONCE PAYMENT HAS CLEARED, items will be released to buyers.

Buyer’s Premium Due to the extra costs involved with the online auction platform, we charge a 10% Buyer’s premium on all purchases but we cap it at a maximum of $100.00 per lot on items selling for under 10,000.00.

Items selling over 10,000 will be charged $150.00 buyers premium, flat fee

Items selling over 50,000 will be charged $200.00 buyers premium, flat fee
